How to replenish the balance

You can pay for your order with a credit card.

Payment is made using bank cards of the following payment systems: Visa, MasterCard.

1. Click the "Order" button on the selected tariff plan, and then "Pay" the generated invoice.
2. On the payment page that opens, enter all the requested data on your card*.
3. After clicking the "Pay" button, a message will appear about the successfully completed ordering procedure

Note:

• Your bank card must allow you to make purchases over the Internet. If you are not sure about the availability of this possibility, you need to clarify this issue in the service department of the bank that issued the card.
• If you want to cancel the paid service before it is received or at the time of delivery by courier, the funds will be returned to your card within 30 days according to the terms of the payment service.

When choosing this payment method, the Buyer agrees to the terms of payment and refund set forth in the User Agreement.

If authorization was denied, the reasons may be the following:

• The issuing bank does not support 3D-Secure technology;
• There are not enough funds on the card;
• The bank has set a ban on payment on the Internet;
• Data input timed out (15 minutes);
• What to do if the payment authorization is denied?
• Try again in 20 minutes;
• Contact the issuing bank;
• Try paying with another bank card.
• Please note that visiting the site, purchasing and delivering a particular product / service may be illegal in the country where the cardholder is located.

* Connection with the payment gateway and transfer of information is carried out in a secure mode using the SSL encryption protocol. If your bank supports the technology of secure online payments Verified By Visa or MasterCard SecureCode, you may also need to enter a special password to make a payment.
